Orders are processed on verification of payments received from you during our Office Working Hours. Orders received on weekends or on holidays are process on the next business working day.

PLEASE NOTE: Although we try our best to process your order at the earliest, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:

These terms and conditions constitute the return and refund policy of SwdeshiJM Karnataka.

Terms and Conditions for return and refund:

As a matter of policy, we do not entertain any returns during our various events and workshops that are been processed for social cause and payments received. However, in special cases if your bookings are cancelled by you, the amount will be refunded, excluding GST amount.

Under any circumstances, donations shall not be refunded as this is accepted to be donated for trust and for a cause.

If under any circumstance, we are unable to facilitate for accepted events under various situations, your booking amount shall be refunded within 7-10 (seven to ten) working days.

1. During the time of any events for the cause run by the organizations, like Mela, Exhibitions etc , stall vendors may be entitled for refund in case of below circumstances

2. If a stall booker who is been over booked due to unforeseen circumstances, organisation will refund the full amount without any questions and with mutual agreement of refusals of alternatives

3. Under any circumstances, no refund will be provided for those who deviate from the accepted policies during the payment from time to time for various activities and workshops.

4. During any event and workshops conducted, it is accepted that any dispute shall be mutually discussed and resolved based on time and situation
